To reach the Docklands office by Docklands Light Railway, take the DLR to South Quay station and, facing Canary Wharf and the road, walk left along Marsh Wall, take the second left onto Mastmaker Road and turn immediately right onto Byng Street. At the end of Byng Street walk left down Westferry Road until you reach number 60, which is opposite the Barkantine Health Centre.
Alternatively, take the DLR to Crossharbour station and walk away from the main road along the pedestrian walkway marked Pepper Street which heads towards the dock. Cross Glengall Bridge and continue walking straight ahead over Millharbour and through onto Tiller Road. When you reach the end of Tiller Road walk right onto Westferry Road and continue up to number 60 which is opposite the Barkantine Health Centre.

The Docklands office is very easily reached by bus as there is a bus stop on either side of the road extremely close to the office. Take the bus as far as the Barkantine Health Centre on Westferry Road and the Docklands office is directly opposite the health centre and pharmacy.

Disembark at the Masthouse Terrace pier and with the river behind you, walk left along the Thames Path until you reach the end of the path. Go through the gateway on your right which leads into Ferguson’s Close. Go straight ahead onto Masthouse Terrace then turn left and follow the road as it curves round onto Westferry Road. Turn left again and walk up Westferry Road until you reach the Franklyn James office on the left hand side at number 60.
